Our membership year is from June 1st to May 31st each year. We accept members until February 15th. Joining our accountability group is easy!  

Are you ready to become a member?

1. Enroll in Pathway Educational Group’s 3rd Option by completing the membership form.

2. Pay your family membership fee and any additional add-ons.

   • Each family will add a family membership which will cover all students within the family.

   • For every student completing high school credit courses, add the high school credit membership add-on per student.

   • For every high school senior who will graduate add the high school senior membership add-on per student.

 We provide Legal Compliance Upon registering with Pathway Ed 3rd Option Accountability Group, you will receive a membership card and a letter of registration. This documentation is used to prove your homeschool legal status.

• If you are registering a highschooler, you will fill out the academic history form (you will receive a link within 24 hours of registration). Pathway will build your transcript utilizing this form. 

• At the beginning of the school year, you will fill out the Pathway curriculum plan. You will receive a link for this form in August. This helps you document your plan for the school year. We know plans change – that is fine. Change is part of homeschooling! 

• During the school year, educate your student 180 days.

• Create, maintain, and keep daily records or lesson plans. Include attendance records. You can find helpful forms on the Pathway Ed website. 

• Parents must include the following subjects in their curriculum: reading, writing, mathematics, science, and social studies; and in grades seven through twelve, composition and literature (which replaces reading & writing).

• As the year progresses, keep samples of work for a portfolio. Keep a suggested five to ten samples per subject.

• Provide information to Pathway 2 times a year for semi-annual progress reports. 

• Before May 31st, submit final grades for Seniors (12th graders).

• Before June 10th, submit grades for grades K 5-11. 

• Complete an end of year Compliance Form at the end of your 180 days.
